[Pactor] KAM Plus - Kenwood TS-850S - Airmail 2000

Only lights on the left side of the Bargraph on the KAM PLus are scanning. I know I am transmitting a good signal - just can't receive.
Configuration:
    Kenwood TS-850S
    Kantronics KAM Plus
    Airmail 2000 Software
    Settings for the KAM PLus:
        MARK       2110
        CENTER 2210
        SPACE    2310
    A dipole antenna cut for the frequency I am using

When I transmit to a BBS I am told the BBS acknowledges me and waits for a response from me. I never see the acknowledgement.
When watching the Bargraph Lights on the KAM PLus, only lights on the left half scan.
In contacting KANTRONICS, they indicate I may need to adjust the IF Shift to get the other half of the signal.
I don't know how to do that. Kenwood refere3d me to this site.

Anybody out there that can help?
