[Pactor] Want to try simple32 but it won't install

Hi all, I was hoping to try the simple32 pactor program but I can't get it 
to install.

After starting demosped.exe A data entry form comes up asking for my name.

If I put my name in (or any character) I get "Notice! Your response must be 
between 0 and 0 characters long."

If I leave the form blank I get "Notice! Your response must be between 1 
and 50 characters long."

It won't let me get past this form.

Anybody have any ideas?
