Hi Dale,
As far as I know you can only change from P2 to P3 with the mylevel command.
But that can only be executed when you are not connected. So you would have
to cut the link to do that. If I understood well, you can just chat while
the picture is loading. So its' not really a waste of bandwith. Most P3
fanatics are on 14.106 I heard. I have been monitoring there but didn't hear
much. Problem is that we can not monitor a p3 qso yet like we can with p2.
Anyway, hope to meet all of you in Pactor 1,2,3.
