[Packet] UI Codes?

Can anyone point me toward a description of the codes as displayed on my
screen,they are enclosed in <> and are attached to many of the fields
associated with beacons,nodes and other stations.

Samples below:

Actually a description of all the fields one sees when connected to the TNC.
