[Packet] Amateur radio and conferences

Gentle folks,

  I  think  of  submitting  a  conference  panel  discussion proposal,
  related  to  the  amateur  radio  regulatory  changes  (removing the
  obligatory Morse code examination for using HF bands, adopting a new
  'ADL' license ticket for 'digital' amateur operators etc). The other
  thema  might be using of the amateur digital radio communications in
  education ('amunet' network etc).

  I  was  suggested  by  some  conference organizers in Europe that it
  might  be possible to organize special sessions or discussing panels
  if several authors submit proposals with the same or similar topics.
  If somebody might be interested to join the amateur radio enthusiasm
  and  the scientific events during the next year, you are welcomed to
  contact me.
