[Packet] Monitoring packets

I use FBB and BPQ for pcket forwarding.  I have one VHF port, and one HF
port.  On my screen I see the HF port transmissions and receipts. 
Nothing is showing up for the VHF port.  When I switch to another
terminal program, the packets going through the VHF port can be seen, so
it's something in either BPQ or in FBB that I have set wrong.

Any ideas as to where the most likely suspect is hiding?

Many thanks.  Being able to monitor the VHF port would greatly add to my
enjoyment of this system.
