[Packet] re: sending lengthy messages w/winpak 6.8

Instead of me writing out lengthy messages through the TX window of winpack 
6.8. Is there a way I can use a word processor [such as MS word] were I 
write the lengthy message out first then save it as a file and then have 
winpack take that file and send it via telnet through the net to my bbs????
If so let me know.

P.S. I have read the help files but no luck.
