[Packet] No Packet in Columbus, MS

There is packet in Columbus, Misssissippi !!!! The 145.010 node has been
here for years and the APRS node was just taken down due to low activity
though 144.390 is still easy to work via KC4RNF in Winfield, Alabama. The
CBM node use to run an IP gateway, but since packet is on the downleg, I
don't use a wormhole anymore. The CBM node is only used for a few people in
the area for the attached weathernode and access to the Alabama Emergency
services. Packet has seen better days in this area.
