Hi John..
,
I fought the same battle looking for a simple WINDOWS packet program to
use with SATSCAPE.. After a long search I came up with one... Can't be
any smaller or simpler.. Haha
,
I forgot the URL to download it... But I'm sure a "Google" search will
turn
it up..If you can't find it.. let me know your Home Packet address and I
will send as a attachment.. Its a very small file.. less than half meg.
,
The file name is: PKTWIN21.EXE (Works with any TNC)

I am trying to get a Win98 laptop to communicate
with a TAPR-clone TNC.
The only "terminal" program I can find in my
mess of stuff around here is Buck Roger's BuxTerm.
Trying to start the program from Window's
"DOS" prompt locks up the computer.
What is a good program to allow me to control
the TNC, preferably from Windows? I don't
mind paying for something that actually works!
