[Packet] AGW Packet Engine

I have been unable to get Winpack or AGWterm to work with my Baycom when
using the AGW Packet Engine. I can run WINTNC and the Baycom software fine.
It works great with those programs. The Baycom also works great with a
version of JNOS I have.
For some reason I cannot get a connect using the AGW Packet Engine and
WINPACK. The transmitted packet is fine, the receiving node responds to the
transmitted packet, but I never get a connect. The receive audio is fine
into the Baycom. I had this same problem with some versions of NOS I ran
quite a few years ago. Anyone have any suggestions.
