[Packet] GPS power???

Whoa! Back up several steps. Where can I find info on connecting to this? 
Experiences, etc?

I've been looking over some of the accessories I have for these ports and
they draw from a few mA to as much as 280mA which should be more than enough
to run the GPS and active antenna...

Any ideas?
