IF You are a MARS SHARES STATION, You MUST Contact me immediately to retain
your SHARES Authorization. SHARES HAS A NEW
APPLICATION Form which MUST be filled out and returned immediately.
This is a requirement of SHARES/National Communications System based
upon requirements from the Dept. of Homeland Security. Martha can email you
the latest '.pdf' form of the application to expedite the reply.
