The Region 10 Gateway, AT0TFC has been proofed out and is running with no
problems. The software is Winlink 2.9 PACTOR mode, on KDI no offset, LSB as
follows:

Daily 1105 PDT to 1630 PDT
Daily 1805 PDT to 2330 PDT

Everyone is welcome - will upgrade all first time linkups to unlimited  time
