Hello Fellow MARS members,

I ran across the website listed below while looking
for technical sources with the Google search-tool.

The author, who works for the German technical
publisher Klingenfuss, makes a strong argument with
screen shots of intercepted comms of HF networks
of various terrorist organizations who are
using digital modes for their coordination and
logistics.

With any luck, after looking at the screen shots
shown that one of us may recognize some strange comms
as something possibly worthy of an EEI.
