Greetings All,

QNC, QNC.

We have been laboring with poor propagation on the digital nets for some
time now and to alleviate this problem we will test some different
frequencies.

As of the RTTY digital net this Monday (02/23/04) at 1701Z, we will open the
net on KFC with offset, LSB.  We invite all stations with digital
capabilities to join us for the fun.  You will learn digital net procedures
and a few things not included in our voice nets.

We are working to become a MARS communication service that is facile in both
voice and digital net operations to further expand and strengthen our
capabilities for emergency communications.  It should be obvious that
digital communications will be playing a larger part in the future of Army
MARS and Oregon will have members ready to handle this growth and usage with
practiced expertise.  It should be the desire of everyone that not one
member is left behind in this important project.

The more digitals the merrier!  Hope to copy all digital capable stations on
RTTY this coming Monday on the AAA0OR/B net.
