Hi again,

Just got my reply from Western Area Gateway dealing with subject lines for
messages to be sent to that Gateway...it doesn't matter.  The idea is to
make it clear what the message is about and only the TO and FROM lines are
important.  Since I have to list the TO line, please make them accurate.
The FROM lines and the subject lines are up to me, so a lot of slack can be
made here.

I must watch out for EEI reports as to whether they are exercise or actual
reports - so please make sure your subject lines show the difference.
