Greetings, All,

Just a shorty to let you all know that our average participation on our
voice nets is now over 8.5 members per net. We have had highs of 12 quite a
few times.  This average participation figure can be compared to 4.5 at this
time last year. Quite an improvement!

Our digital nets average 4 per net with highs of 6 quite a few times.
Really a great accomplishment for just beginning a new operations.  Thanks
all for such a solid start on a difficult project. We are doing more than
just learning, we are experiencing  very valuable modes with net procedures.

All in all, we're are growing and we are getting better at what we do.
Everyone has good reasons for feeling pleased!
