[Oremem/Idamem] All Oregon Army MARS Members

Greetings All,

AAM0TOR made mention on Friday's morning net that there were more than a few
members of Oregon Army MARS not getting the ormem list postings.  Please
pass the word to all you can - everything that is sent from Western Area
Gateway and all that is posted on the oremem list gets posted on the Region
10/Oregon Gateway.

As pertains to the Region 10 Gateway, there are many stations who have
Pactor capabilities who have NEVER connected with the Gateway.  Let me
assure these members that there is much posted that is of great interest and
use to ALL members.  You'll never know if you don't link up and take a look.
The Gateway is open for 5 1/2 hours every evening so there are few excuses
for not linking up to the Gateway. 'Nuff said.

AAR0JY made mention there is a serious need for stations who will commit to
NCS duties on a multitude of nets.  If you have not done a tour of pulling
NCS duties - you should have.  It is the responsibility of EVERY member, not
just a few.  It should also be obvious that the stations who have been
dodging this type of duty are not unknown - they are obvious by their
absence on the nets!  For months now the general membership has been
encouraged to share these duties and few have done so.  What this says about
those stations who have ignored these responsibilities shouldn't be put into
words  - it would embarrass us all.  Think about it.
