Per the list below, Oregon and Idaho Army MARS Nets will not be able to
utilize
their normally assigned frequencies on these dates.
4038.9 will be made unusable by AAZ on 4038.5
4026.9 and 7317.0 by AIR (Andrews AFB) on 4026.5 and 7316.5
4032.9 by station USA Corps of Engrs. on 4032.0
In short only the RGN 10 frequencies will be available from
081300Z MAY 04 through 090400Z MAY 04. (Exception is 7317.0,
which is too close to the one being used by USAF for Armed Forces Day)
Suggestion 1: If possible use the 'secondary' frequency assigned.
Suggestion 2: If the secondary does not support operations then
select a region 10 frequency near either the primary or alternate.
Suggestion 3: Do your best to help each other with relays if using
a poor propagational frequency because of the AFD Activities.
I have copied the Admin officer for Montana, as they have a long history
of co-operation with Idaho Army MARS.
