Hi All,

To insure all stations have the opportunity to participate in the Oregon
digital training nets, the NCS will make a voice net call after every
digital net call.  This will allow stations to check into the net who have
sound card digital capabilities so we can arrange to have them use those
modes of operations.

Any other suggestions as to operations are most welcome.  Please send them
