[Oremem/Idamem] Training manual

To all Oregon/Idaho members-
I have sent a copy of the newest version of the training manual to those who
requested it.
Here is a very useful message from our SMD that accompanied the manual:
"newest version of the BT Guide in PDF form from HQ.. it is 112 pages in
length, so advise the members to print only
if they are certain they have enough ink/paper to do so. Office Depot
will print it out from a floppy for roughly $6 and most stores will throw in
hole-punch or spiral binding... "
