[Oremem] Updates to NETPLAN 07-02 -PDF to be available shortly

Please note the following Chnages to the HQ Netplan v 07-02.
(as directed by AAA9W AZ under direction of CAM). Note,
A new PDF with all the updates completed will be made and
sent to me shortly. I will then forward it to the members. With
the change at HQ a few years ago, we no longer have Military
Staff writers to update our manuals. As such, Juanita Portz, 
AAA9MA AZ and James Banks, AAA9W AZ and Robert
Hollister, AAA9E AZ make the changes as, when and how they
can. 
        Once the new pages are available, they are merged into the
existing PDF formatted document. Once received, I will forward
it to all stations. You need only to print the updated page and
replace the current page at that point....
