[Oremem] NETPLAN CHANGES TO 07.01.02 VERSION -CHANGE ORDER #2

Hello All,
        As noted below, these changes are effective immediately. Please 
Update your copy of the netplan ASAP. As has been noted by WAMC,
the various tomes we use in MARS are no longer written by some Sgt. in
S-3 Battalion (Who likely knows nothing about MARS or Amateur Opns),
but rather by designated MARS members (IE: AAM6T, AAM60, AAA9W/E, 
etc.). As such, we no longer get TM # Manuals nor do we get official
Military 
'Change Orders'. Also, simply due to logistics of it, A page exchange for
newer
'electronic versions' of documents no longer makes sense to HQ Army MARS.
        FWIW: Effective 011701Z AUG 02 is the actual effective date for
the 
NEW Netplan (Version 07.01.02) please try the new frequencies out and let
me know how they are working. If BAD, we can request others that DO work,
if GOOD, let's get more in the same frequency range(s) so we can be more
effective.

1301 and 1401 time slots on Saturday and Sunday
Add primary net time to read 4022.4 Secondary slots remain.
Remove Net information for time slots 1901, 2001, 2101, 2201
Page B-40 TX State Net Schedule
1301 Friday time slot - should read 4022.4
