[OMIK] HBCUs on the air (HOTA) restart

 Agreed. I was on Tuskegee University (Tuskegee, Alabama) for the very first time ever and as I drove around campus and came to the engineering building, I noticed that there was an amateur radio antenna on the roof. Definitely activity there. Why not host an HOTA!!!
