equipment and knowing exactly what I need. I went to Gigaparts when I first
got my license. The sales person was rude and acted as if I wasn’t eligible
to purchase HAM equipment. I had just passed the Extra Class exam and he
acted as if I was lying. I didn’t even know he had to be presented proof
that I had call letters. "
