Time: 2:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Location: OMIK Zoom Room (virtual meeting)

Dear OMIK Members,

You are cordially invited to attend the Annual Meeting of the OMIK Amateur
Radio Association Inc. to be held virtually via Zoom on Saturday, July 19,
2025, at 2:00 PM ET.

This important meeting will include:

  Presidential Update – Hear the latest on club activities and initiatives
  from our President.

  Membership Report – Our Secretary will provide an update on new member
  statistics and growth trends.

  -

  Financial Report – The Treasurer will review the club’s current
  financial status.

  Election of Club Officers – Nominations will be accepted and voting will
  be held for Club Officer positions.


Your participation is vital to the continued success and growth of our
