[OMIK] HBCUs on the air?

I will retry something I did a couple of weeks ago. Most 
colleges/universities have dedicated zip codes and I was searching these 
for licenses in the ULS. If I remember correctly I found some students 
at Alabama A&M, Tuskegee, and Jackson State but they have graduated and 
moved on per Linkedin even though they got their licenses while they 
were students. I will try again to see if I can find anything else. 
These would be good people to contact to start ham clubs at their schools.
