[OMIK] Update on Antenna Book

We just learned that publishing this link was an error on ARRL's part; it
was intended only for those who purchased the hard copy.

I have several past editions, and each came with a CD-ROM containing the
digital version, which is especially useful for searching specific terms.

The hard copy is an excellent reference to have anyway, so if you don't have
one, I suggest that it is a worthwhile investment.
