[OMIK] Howard University Amateur Radio Society

It would be cool to find out any existing clubs. The same search I did 
for Howard revealed a 1953 Crisis article talking about the Savannah 
State amateur radio club call sign W4ZJS. An even older bulletin from 
NCA&T (1933) reveals they had a club call sign of W4JW.
