I found the callsign on Google books from QST Volume 47 p. 86 in 1963. 
Only a snippet is available though. I hope this helps.

"W3RID is the Howard University Club station that has been activated by 
K3QMF"

The callsign has no record in the online FCC database though a freedom 
of information request with the FCC may get old registration info if 
they still have it.

K3QMF was:
