[OMIK] HBCUs on the air?

I just found NC A&T seems to have an active club (license expires 2029), 
call sign KN4RZX, contact is below:

STUDENT AMATEUR RADIO CLUB AT NC A&T

GREENSBORO, NC 27411
ATTN CHRISTOPHER K HORNE

They also had a defunct call sign from 2011-2021, KK4BQM. I assume the 
club died and was resurrected?
