[OMIK] HBCUs on the air?

I am in agreement. This will help achieve a couple of things.

1. Promotes STEM
2. Increase minority awareness of Amateur Radio as a hobby and its related technologies 
3. Promotes opportunities to connect with another generation and encourage knowledge transfer. 

I also think it could offer an opportunity for OMIK to partner with universities more broadly in such away to provide STEM mentorship and development opportunities for young people in programs like upward bound (e.g., https://education.howard.edu/affiliated-programs/upward-bound-programs).
