During yesterday's activation, I did see an email where in the 40M band the group was operating.  Maybe those messages were not sent to the mailing list.  Unfortunately, I had a work emergency that didn't allow me to play radio.

Hopefully you will catch the next on-air event. An announcement will be sent to the list when scheduled. I'm hoping some members outside of the southeast will volunteer to activate a state or national park in the Parks on the Air program.

Thanks? I was unable to find/hear any OMIK on air at all yesterday and the stuff you sent in response to my frequency request was useless to me. I think y'all ASSUME everybody is a computer wiz in relation to ham radio. I AM NOT. Not a complete Luddite, but not into going down rabbit holes to look for a couple of numbers. I'm sure you meant well but I looked at your email and then went off and did something else. I didn't hear anyone on 7.185, had no idea where to begin on 20m so I didn't have any luck. Thanks Joe
