[OMIK] Exploring the Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) class is ready for applications

Hello OMIK,

I'm consulting on a the National Radio Astronomy Observatory
<https://public.nrao.edu/> (think Very Large Array
<https://public.nrao.edu/visit/very-large-array/> from the movie "Contact
<https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0118884/>") Exploring the Electromagnetic
Spectrum project and it's ready to accept applications and expressions of
interest.

This project will introduce 18-20 year old,  BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ student to
the electromagnetic spectrum while helping them get their Technicians and
General class licenses.
