Visitation for Moses will be on Tuesday, September 22 from 5 PM to 8 PM
with a Wake on Wednesday, September 23 at 5 PM followed by the Funeral at 6
PM.  Visitation, Wake, and Funeral will be held at Leeks and Sons in
Chicago, IL.

Leeks and Sons is located at 7838 S Cottage Grove Ave, Chicago, IL 60619.
