Dear OMIK family,

Clarence Wilbur Small has passed (1924- 2017)

Clarence was a long-time associate member of OMIK.  He along with Romeo
Phillips, KA8ZUK, composed the OMIK hymn.  In addition, for several years
Clarence and Romeo presented Informances (informational Performances) at
our conventions.
