Dear OMIK family,

WB3KIC, Weaver “Shep” Shepperson is now residing at the Ingleside Nursing
and Rehabilitation Center at 3050 Military Road, NW, Washington DC. He
doesn’t have access to a radio or email so personal visits are the best way
to communicate with Shep.  Though he’s not able to get around without a
wheelchair and assistance, he fondly remembers the many ham radio friends
he has in OMIK and in the Washington DC area.
