Dear OMIK family,

We are saddened to receive this message from Lloyd, KO4L

It is with great sadness that I inform you of my mother, Ethel R, Mitchell,
passed on Wednesday Afternoon.
She was 84 yrs old with her 85th next month.

I could go on and on about her but I will only say.

She was a loving wife, mother of 2, grandmother of 3, and great-grandmother
to her love Callen, her great-grandson. Retired School Teacher of over 34
years, and a widely known Funeral Directress in South Carolina for over 40
years.

Mom was one in a million and she kept a promise to my dad to offer funeral
service to everyone that came to her, regardless of financial status.  She
loved people. (period)
