[OMIK] Blue Book and Recent New Members

Dear OMIK family,

You either have or will receive the 2015 Blue Book shortly.  I already have
two corrections and would like you to check your information and if there
is something in error, please let me know.  On March 5th I will send out an
Email via this OMIK MailMan with any corrections and also a list of the new
members who have joined since the data went to the printer.
