[OMIK] OMIK Member Update

Dear OMIK family,

For quite some time now the OMIK, along with the WARFA, weekly nets have
been purposefully interfered with.  In the past I have contacted both the
ARRL section that deals with interference as well as appeal for assistance
to several of the ARRL officers whom I know personally.  I was assured that
the League was aware and working on addressing the problem, but as you
might have also found out from similar attempts - the problem persists and
there seems to be no apparent actions taken.

The attacks on OMIK and WARFA operations across the country are becoming
more prevalent. Perhaps members should use this template to notify
congressmen and newspapers of the growing problems.  This message directed
to your local political and law offices will get some real fast action.
Write to your local newspaper for faster action.

I have uploaded a PDF file, provided by Moody, WQ6I, which can be used as a
template to contact your elected representatives and other sources that may
be able to encourage the appropriate sources to move on some actual
enforcement in these matters.
