Dear OMIK family,

It is with deep sorrow we pass along a message from William "Bill" Turner,
N2ADT, "I announce the death of my wife Ann (55 years), has departed this
life and has gone home to be with GOD. She was and is an Angel.

After a PET scan at the end of De. 2013, she was diagnosed with lung
cancer. At the end of May 2014, another PET scan showed the disease had
spread from her lung to her bones and liver. She passed away on July 1 2014
at 10:50 pm.

She has been cremated (her wishes), and the memorial service will performed
at the Gethsemane Church, 2525 Sanderford Road, Raleigh N.C. 27610.
