 > Ed Calianese (W5SVR), WCM at the Lubbock Forecast Office, has been
 > selected to replace George.

 > Ed has a masters degree in business managment, a bachelor of science
 > degree in meteorology, as well as some formal training in emergency
 > management.  Ed is a General Class ham radio operator and has been a WCM
 > for several years.  He is a storm chaser and a strong severe weather
 > meteorologist.  His spotter training classes are excellent, and he
 > enjoys giving advanced classes.
