file containing four items.  It is just over one meg.

The Word document is an effort VA RACES is developing to bring standards 
to the program.  Please review the form and give me your feedback.  If 
this would prevent you from being involved in an ARES/RACES program, 
please tell me why.

The other three files are PDF documents related to personal preparedness 
for amateur radio operators.  These are for your information.
