[OkHam] Echolink forum to focus on disaster communications

Jeff Scoville, AE5ME, host of the Echolink "Help Forum" has announced 
that Lloyd Colston, KC5FM, will be the guest to cover amateur radio and 
disaster communications.

The Forum is on Echolink from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Central Time April 14 
(0100-0300 UTC April 15) in the *N2LEN* conference server, network node 
6427.

Colston is the director of Mayes County (OK) Emergency Management, a 
member of the Military Affiliate Radio System where he serves as a 
Public Affairs Officer, a member of the Disaster Medical Assistance Team 
in Oklahoma, a SKYWARN member, and a veteran amateur radio operator.
