Arriving from I35N, take the SH9E exit and head towards Jenkins. It will 
be congested since this is the route Dallas takes; I know of no 
alternative routing. Arriving via I35S will be difficult because that's 
how Oklahoma City gets here. It that's the only route you have, plan 
ahead and arrive early.

Arriving from Tulsa, take the Kickapoo turnpike exit off of I44W to its 
terminus at I40. Take I40W to the Chocctaw Rd exit. Go S on Choctaw Rd 
to Alameda Dr. Go W on Alameda Drive to 84th Ave SE -- the first N-S 
road after you cross over the NE arm of Lake Thunderbird. Take 84th Ave 
SE to SH9W. The NWC appars on your right. At Jenkins, turn right then 
take the next right and finally enter the NWC parking lot.

The tour will start at 5:30. I know because, as it turns out due to a 
staffing SNAFU, I'm your tour guide!
