ZD9W - Tristan Da Cunha
I've been listening for about the last hour and have decoded him 4 times 
at signal strengths in the -20s. There is some speculation that this may 
be a pirate. Juris arrived yesterday, it could be him. He is supposed to 
have a spiderbeam and a KW, but maybe they are not on the air yet, who 
knows...
Just checked, since I started typing this I have about 4 more decodes. I 
think it's him, maybe with low power. One weird thing, he is on the 2nd 
(Odd) sequence. DXpeditions normally go on the first sequence. Makes it 
confusing... And he is on the standard 21.074 frequency. Not good...

Good luck... This is a rare one... He will be there a month. Plenty of 
time to work him...
