[OKDXA] Donation in support of the XW4DX - DXpedition to Laos

Good Morning OKDXA...
   The OKDXA Board of Directors has approved and a donation of 190 Euros 
has been made to the XW4DX - Laos DXpedition, planned for November 2023. 
Laos is currently #98 on the Clublog Most Wanted List, #47 in North 
America.
   The team is made up of 5 French hams, most of them former members of 
successful FT4TA, FT4JA, and 3B7A DXpeditions. Team leader Vincent - 
F4BKV says they will focus on the short opening to NA Central and East 
Coast, the most difficult areas from Laos.
   They plan to have 5 stations on the air. Vincent also notes that LoTW 
will be uploaded in full a few weeks after the activity.
