Good Morning OKDXA...
   The OKDXA Fall Banquet is next Saturday September 30 at the National 
Weather Center in Norman. The deadline for signup is tomorrow, Sunday 
Sept 24th. Barbeque will be ordered on Monday Sept 25th. We need an 
accurate count for food ordering.
   Prime seats for the event are still available! Send your RSVP via 
email to OKDXAssn at gmail.com or simply reply to this email with your 
Callsign, Name, and number attending.
   My thanks to DX Engineering and the Tennedyne/Cubex Quads Antenna 
Companies for donating prizes for our raffle. We have some nice prizes 
lined up. Raffle prizes alone should be worth the price of admission...
   I notice we have several OKC/Norman area members who have not 
registered. This should be an interesting event at the National Weather 
Center. If you have not signed up yet, please do so. The OKDXA needs 
your support. Hope to see everyone next Saturday, September 30th in 
Norman...

OKDXA Announcement:

The 2023 OKDXA Fall Banquet

Our annual OKDXA Fall Banquet will be held on Saturday September 30, 
2023 from 5:30-8:00 PM at the National Weather Center in Norman, 
Oklahoma. The agenda includes a guided tour of the National Weather 
Center, a Barbecue meal provided by Billy Sims BBQ, a featured 
presentation on "Lightning" by a NWC research scientist, and our OKDXA 
fund raiser Raffle. More details and signup information can be found on

RSVP by mail or email is required. Everyone is encouraged to bring an 
item to donate to the raffle and to buy raffle tickets. The raffle is 
our only fund raiser and helps us support the DXpeditions we all like to 
work.

This should be an interesting evening at the National Weather Center.
