[OKDXA] 12 meters

Congrats on the 12M DXCC Dan... I, too, have noticed that 12M has been 
good lately. Also noticed the "hotness" often drops off above 12M, 10M 
is usually not nearly so good... Nice to see some good condx on the 
bands...
