Hi Kim,
The QSL Manager is HA7RY. His QRZ.com page suggests using Clublog OQRS
for QSLing.
The RIB operation VP6A from Ducie by the same group was in June 2023.
Upload of the entire log to LoTW has not been done as yet. If you paid
for a direct OQRS QSL for Ducie, you also got a LoTW upload.
Since both of these are Northern California DX Foundation supported
operations, I would assume that a full log LoTW upload would be done
within 1 year of the DXpedition...
73,
Jeff - K5WE

This DXpedition operated for 17 days with 3 RIB stations deployed on the beach at Penrhyn Atoll, 2 stations were operated remotely via the internet, one station was operated locally from the nearby boat via wireless lan link. The log has been updated with a new total of 56,970 QSOs. 29.6% of the QSOs were with Asia, 26.7% were with Europe, and 36.9% were with North America.
